We had a water emergency very early in the morning and couldn’t turn the shower off so we ended up having to turn the water off completely. I got a hold of them at seven in the morning and they had someone out in about an hour and fixed it super quick!! So thankful for their responsiveness and professionalism!!

I requested a bid for repairing a leaky pipe, and the next morning I was called to set up an appointment for the same day. Brandon arrived within an hour. Cory came out to replace the piping for my bathroom. When he did the estimate he carefully explained what needed to be done and what could wait. I opted to re-pipe all the cast iron for the barhroom in my 120 year old house. The results are beautiful and now I'm not worried about the rust causing a plumbing emergency.

Our water heater started leaking badly. I called Shaw Plumbing Heating & Air conditioning. Very quickly I had an appointment the same day for someone to look at it. David met us at the house and explained that the water heater had failed. He got a new one picked up and installed that same afternoon. He also fixed a few plumbing issues that were pointed out in a recent home inspection. His work was done neatly and as quoted in the estimate. We are super pleased with the timelessness and quality of the work. Would call them again!

Used Shaw Plumbing couple years ago to install new hot water heater and filtration system. When I had a shower leak, they were the first ones I called. Fortunately to have Mekie during both calls. We had Corey come out to flush and de-scale our tankless water heater that was WAY overdue for maintenance. He was on time, friendly and clearly very knowledgeable.
